Her passion for healthcare runs deep—rooted in a family of doctors, philosophers, and pharma entrepreneurs—and shaped by over three decades of leadership experience. As Managing Director of Hemmo Pharmaceuticals, Madhu led the company’s transformation into India’s first US FDA–approved peptide manufacturer, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation in the industry.

Vikram Utamsingh is a business builder with a 35+year consulting career. He attributes his success to creating resilient and motivated employees and developing a culture that encourages change and welcomes experimentation, failure, and learning. Driven by this belief, Vikram has championed initiatives encompassing mentoring, employee wellbeing, mental health, and morale building. He joins Shyro Health as Director to help organizations build the individual capabilities that drive personal resilience.

Previously, Vikram held several leadership positions at KPMG where he incubated the M&A Transactions Services business that grew to a market leader. He was a partner and member of the Executive Leadership team at KPMG. Later as CEO at Alvarez & Marsal, (A&M) India, Vikram incubated A&M’s business to become a market leader in consulting.

Dr. Jini K Gopinath is a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist with over two decades of experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, corporate mental health, and performance coaching. He trained in Clinical Psychology at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Kerala, and completed further training at Beck Institute, Philadelphia. His work spans academia, mental health startups, and leadership roles at organisations such as Optum International. He has also coached elite sports teams in the IPL and Ranji Trophy. A published author of seven books and numerous scientific articles, he is widely regarded as a thought leader in the mental health space and serves as Professor of Practice at leading institutions across India.

Manikant Pathak is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in building and scaling digital systems across fast-growing enterprises. As former VP of Engineering at leading technology firms, he has successfully led large-scale digital transformations, architected high-impact platforms, and built high-performing engineering teams from the ground up. Passionate about innovation with purpose, he is now focused on enabling equitable access to mental health support through secure, scalable, and user-first technology. At Shyro Health, he is driving the tech vision to build resilient infrastructure and intelligent systems that empower individuals, support care providers, and strengthen organisations. His mission is to harness the power of technology to make mental healthcare accessible, personalised, and impactful.

At Shyro, Abhijeet Patil leads Strategy, Operations, and key business decisions with a clear focus on building mental health solutions that are empathetic, safe, and effective. With a strong academic foundation in pharmaceutical science, marketing, and further studies in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, he brings a unique ability to bridge deep healthcare knowledge with emerging technology.
With over a decade of experience in business development and project execution across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, he has consistently been a dependable and collaborative team player.
Deeply aligned with the founder’s vision, he plays a pivotal role in turning strategy into action — shaping systems, aligning teams, and driving meaningful, scalable impact in the mental health space.

Neha Bhardwaj is a purpose driven product leader and digital health advocate with over 14 years of experience building impactful healthcare technologies. She has shaped and scaled products across leading health ventures such as 2070 Health, HumanEdge and Meddo with a focus on designing thoughtful, inclusive solutions that improve care delivery. Her work bridges clinical insight with user centered design spanning AI-powered tools, mobile-first experiences, and enterprise health systems.

In addition to her product leadership, Neha has served as a guest lecturer at the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in Amsterdam, where she shares her expertise in digital health with future global health leaders. Deeply committed to mental health equity, Neha is now focused on building accessible, culturally rooted solutions for India’s urban workforce. Her vision is to make mental healthcare proactive, personalized, and integral to everyday well-being empowering individuals to thrive at work and beyond.

Mayank is an accomplished business leader with 13 years of experience, chiefly with product and technology driven businesses. He has built and scaled multi-million dollar businesses through strategic partnerships with large enterprises across a multitude of industries. He had previous stints with Infoedge and HT Media wherein he led the enterprise business for them. He has done his mechanical engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal and MBA in marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad. He is passionate about problem solving and a student for life. He is a sports aficionado and a Federer fan. He is a deep thinker and a strong advocate of democratizing mental wellness for all.
