What is REBT?
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), developed by Dr. Albert Ellis, is one of the pioneering cognitive-behavioural approaches in psychotherapy.
REBT helps individuals identify irrational beliefs, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop healthier emotional and behavioural responses. It is widely used in counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, education, and organisational settings.
